Play And Train - For Your Busy Lives!

Do you wish that your dog could be trained by a professional?

Have you ever wondered why you can’t just get your dog trained without having to find time to do it?

If you prefer to have someone train your dog for you, you can enjoy the experience of returning home to a well trained dog who is also a tired and happy dog! With our Play and Train services:

  • Your dog is trained for you while you are at work during alternating training and play sessions
  • Weekly report cards are provided that tell you what your dog has learned, what we’ll work on in the next session, and how you can help to maintain the training we’re doing
  • We provide “transfer” sessions with you so that we can teach you how to get your dog performing as well for you as he does for us

To request Play and Train services, existing clients can easily book online through our pet portal! New clients are encouraged to give us a call or submit the contact form below to schedule an initial consultation. Play And Train Packages

Similar to our A-La-Carte Play and Train services, packages are available for clients who wish to give their dogs the very best education possible! Our Play and Train packages are available for personalized behavioral issues such as reactivity, jumping, and much more!

For the best results and consistency, dogs enrolled in Play and Train should attend Monday through Friday for 3-5 days each week. Play and Train packages are the ultimate way to train your dog in a positive and humane way while seeing them at home each night!

Play And Train - High School (Beginner Level)

The High School level of Play And Train is an excellent choice for puppies and newly adopted dogs. In this beginner foundational course, dogs will learn skills including Sit, Down, Come, Off-Leash Heel, Basic Stay, Confidence Boosting Skills, Name Reinforcement, Food Bowl Manners, Stranger Social Skills, and Body Handling. The average time to complete this level is 4 weeks, with dogs attending 5 days per week.*

*Completion time is dependent upon each individual dogs learning ability.

Play And Train - B.A. (Basic Level)

The B.A. level of Play And Train is an excellent choice for those who have completed our High School level. In this basic foundational course, dogs will learn skills including Wait at the Door, Come and Leashing Up Manners, Loose-Leash Walking and Attention, Meet and Greets, Leave It, Wait For The Food Bowl, Stay, Settle, and Give and Take. The average time to complete this level is 5-6 weeks, with dogs attending 5 days per week.*

Play And Train - M.A. (Intermediate Level)

The M.A. level of Play And Train is an excellent choice for those who have completed our B.A. level and wish to master their social skills. In this intermediate foundational course, dogs will learn skills including Wait In The Car, Calmly Pass by Other Dogs,  Wait at the Door with Distraction, Come and Leashing Up Manners with Distraction, Sit, Down and Stand, Body Handling, Loose Leash Walking and Leave It, Stay with Distraction and Distance, and Out of Sight, Out of Mind (with Hand Targeting). The average time to complete this level is 5-6 weeks, with dogs attending 5 days per week.*

Play And Train - Ph.D. (Advanced Level)

The Ph.D. level of Play And Train is the ultimate achievement for those who have completed our M.A. level and wish to master all of their obedience skills. In this advanced course, dogs will learn skills including Advanced Loose Leash Walking, Back Up, Advanced Stay, Advanced Come and Leashing Up Manners, Meet and Greet with Body Handling, Attention During High Distraction, Table Manners, And Do You Really Know Sit. The average time to complete this level is 5-6 weeks, with dogs attending 5 days per week.*
